Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jena Antonucci Racing. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because many items in our store are limited release, custom-designed, or small-batch, our refund and return guidelines are outlined below.

  1. All Sales Are Final

Items are final sale, especially limited-edition merchandise such as the Silhouette Series and other specialty products. However, we will always do our best to make things right if there is an issue with your order.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives: damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may request a photo so we can assess the issue and offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

We want your experience to be excellent — reach out and we will take care of you.

  1. Returns for Other Reasons

Because of limited inventory and small-batch production, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental order
  • sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided at checkout
  • normal wear or use

If you have any concerns before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out — we’re happy to help answer questions about fit or materials.

  1. Exchanges

Because our products are produced in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

  1. Refund Processing Times

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of error or defect.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us. We will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on carrier findings and available inventory.
