Thank you for shopping with Jena Antonucci Racing. We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. The information below outlines how our shipping process works.

  1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may be slightly longer during:

  • product launches
  • holidays
  • limited-edition releases

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email when your order ships.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship domestic U.S. orders using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

For select product launches, including the Silhouette Series, we may offer:

  • Free Shipping within the United States

If free shipping is available, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to customers within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us. We will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on carrier findings and available inventory.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  1. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
